Low Monthly Minimums and Per Minute Pricing

This service plan option provides you with a flexible spending plan where you are billed for only the time that any of our shared support representatives are interacting with your customers. Unlike dedicated support, shared support representatives may also answer phone calls for other Tier 3 Support clients. Since we bill on a time usage basis for shared support, if call volumes should increase at certain times, additional representatives are automatically hired at no incremental cost to you. Tier 3 Support shared representatives can provide all the services of a dedicated technician, such as FAQs, product testing, etc. This additional time for services such as FAQs, product testing, etc., is simply billed at the same per minute rate as the plan you choose.
